How much money can provide Investmenia?
Investmenia does not provide any money. Investmenia provides the adequate investor for each project. Our teams analyze projects and look for the most suitable investor for each project. That means there is not a limit of money because if the projects gets a good evaluation we would provide the investor that better fits to the said project.
Who are your clients? Which sectors do you work with?
We cannot give away the names of our clients. The first thing we do before starting a new project is to sign a NDA to ensure the privacy of those that work with us. Finance is a very sensitive area for any company and usually no one wants to disclose the source of their funds. That's why we make a point on keeping our customers privacy. However we can point out what kind of clients we like the most. Although we have found funds for almost any sector the investors we work with usually prefer to offer their funds to companies that are committed to the future. That include Technological, Sustainable and Clean Energy Companies. But if you are not any of these sectors don't worry. I'm sure we can find an investor for you.
You advise on the real estate market. But in which areas are you moving?
It completely depends on the client needs. We have direct contact with the most profitable areas for investment in the world. It is easy to advice to invest in places like Emirates, Miami or Europe which attract the largest amounts of investment in real estate but some our clients look for higher profitability and we offer them areas like Australia, Canada, Malesia or Singapore. We always look for the most appropriate place depending on the necessities of our clients.

Being a Swiss company we are subject to Swiss laws. However the agreements and contracts between our investors and those seeking for capital are always governed by the laws of countries with a long tradition in International Trade. Usually our contracts are governed the United Kingdom laws but it can be arrange other ways according to the parties.

Born in Winterthur (Switzerland) in 1965.Took studies of Actuarial and since 1982 she served in Winterthur Group, one of the largest insurance companies in Europe as a Risk Analyst. In 1994 founded with his brother Reto Investmenia Holding taking hold of the Risk Department and helping the company to become one of the best reputed in the sector.
Born in Paris in 1988. Took a Degree in Gemmology and worked for the World Diamond Councilfor seven years. Then he joined Investmenia where he apported his know how as an expert in finance and provided his personal and family connections as the Lazary family enjoys a very high reputation in the business world.
Born in La Paz in 1960. In 1978 went to Spain and took a degree in Business Administration in CUNEF. A business college specialised in banking studies. After that he took a Master in Finance and Investments in the London School of Business and Finance. Worked in several Spanish banks like Banco Exterior de España, Argentaria, Banesto and Barclays Bank developing a career in the investment and financing. In 2009 joined Investmenia Holding AG, contributing with his expertise to the good name of our company
Born in Lubin (Polanda) in 1982. After finishing High School with top marks in all the subjects took a double degree in Law and Business Administration in Wroclaw University of Technology, one of the most prestigious Universities in Poland. At 2004 was incorporated to Kancelarie Frankowe Katowice in Warsaw joining the ta department. After ten years in that company were he was able to get international contacts he joined Investmenia as one of our most valuated analyst.
Born in Birmensdorf (Switzerland) in 1980. A very successful Economist that took his degree in Universität Zürich. In 2002 he started working as a clerk in KIBAG Management AG, one of the most important companies in Zurich. At the same time he took a Master and Ph.D in Economics, Business Administration and Banking & Finance. After four years he joined Alva Tax and Finance AG where he got all his know how about international finance. Finally in 2012 he joined Investmenia where he leads one of our investment teams.
Born in Verona (Italia) in 1991. She study Philosophy in Università di Bologna. In 2013 joined Toscana Inmobiliare as a junior developer. It was her first contact with It was her first contact with the Luxury Real Estate Sector. After four years she went to Dubai and she had worked too In Sangapure and Hong Kong getting contacts with very important the International Real Estate Developers. In 2021 she joined Investmenia leading our Real Estate Department.
Reto Zutt
Born in Winterthur (Switzerland) in 1963.
He was the elder of three siblings and after school he took a degree in Banking and Finance in Zurich University. In 1966 he joined Credit Suissewhere his principal activity was advising clients in all aspects of finance. Served as Head of the Foreigner Client Service for Middle East and Africa.
In 1994 he founded with his sister Jolanda Investmenia Holding, in an attempt to get to customers that cannot be reached by the traditional banking. During the last twenty years he has developed his career in the Investment Sector helping to contact investors and capital seekers.
